HOW TO BOOK A VOICE OVER

1: MAKE CONTACT

Pop me an email at info@karispentecost.com or fill out this form, explaining what it is you are looking for, details of your project, budget, time frame etc and if you’d like a FREE short demo of your script, feel free to send me that too!

2: HEAR FROM ME

I am incredibly quick at responding to enquiries so anticipate hearing back from me within a matter of hours, providing you with a quote, everything you need to know and if requested, with an audio sample of your script

3: CONFIRMATION

Once you are sure that you are happy to go ahead with the recording and have agreed the quote, just pop the confirmation in an email to me, together with the script, deadline details and brief.

*If you would like to direct the voice over session and connect to my studio via zoom, cleanfeed or Source Connect, this is where we agree a date and time for our session.

4: RECORDING

I will record your script as requested and provide you with the audio file/s in MP3 or WAV format, delivered to you by Dropbox or WeTransfer. Together with your audio files, I will send you an invoice via email. Only once you are happy with the recording, do you settle the invoice. Payment terms are within 30 days of invoice

I always include 1 round of voice over revisions in my fee. Please note that any further script changes after this may be chargable.
